What We Believe

The Scriptures Inspired

  • The Bible is the inspired Word of God, a revelation from God to man, the living, infallible, and everlasting rule of faith and conduct, and is superior to conscience and reason. (II Timothy 3:15-17; I Peter 1:23-25; Hebrews 4:12)

The One True Godhead

  • There is one God manifested in three persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit, who are eternally self-existent, self-revealed and function as one entity. Jesus Christ, who is God manifested in the flesh, is the second member of the Godhead, co-equal and co-eternal with the Father and The Holy Spirit. (John 1:1-5, 10-14; Matthew 28:18-20)
Man, His Fall, and His Redemption

  • The fall of man and his lost estate which makes necessary a rebirth through confession and belief in the Lord Jesus Christ. (Genesis 1:26-31, 3:1-7: Romans 5:12-21)

The Salvation of Man

  • The reconciliation of man to God by the substitutionary death and shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Romans 3:24; John 3:3)

Reality of Satan

  • The reality of Satan and his present control over the unregenerate man does exist. (Ephesians 2:1-4; 6:11-13)

Resurrection of Believers

  • The resurrection of believers into everlasting life and blessing in heaven, and the resurrection of unbelievers into everlasting punishment in the torments of hell. (John 5:24-29)

The Rapture

  • When the rapture occurs, the dead in Christ will rise first, and those who are alive and remain will be caught up to meet Jesus in the air. (1 Thessalonians 4:15-18)

Baptism in Water

  • Water baptism in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4; Acts 10:47-48)

The Evidence of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit

  • The indwelling of and baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. (Acts 2:4; 10:44-46; 19:2, 6; 1:8; Galatians 5:16-26)

Tithes and Offerings

  • Tithes and offering should be freely given to your local church. (Luke 6:38; Malachi 3:8-12)

Divine Healing

  • The restoration of health to those who believe and act on the truths written in God’s Word. (1 Peter 2:24)
